Five international artists are on the bill. COSMO is a resident at BBCB in Seoul. Dynamite Sash is a Berlin-linked DJ who has played at Sisyphos and Wilde Renate and became a resident of the Tribes stage. Elli Altenberger is a Sisyphos resident and co-founder of Gipfeltreffen Festival. Fake Tattoos is a house and techno artist from India. Dale Rohan is an Auckland-based artist who runs the End Of The Line collective.
The official music page also lists a large group of Australian and regional artists, including Lili Joy, Dylan Brooks, Mazuko, Ben Booth, Jackson George, Kosher Groove and Whitecat, among many others. The sound ranges from deep house and minimal to techno and acid, and the organizers say they want the program to challenge listeners as well as move them.
What Stages and Activities Does Skydance Offer?
The main dancefloor is the Tribes stage, which the organizers describe as built to reunite the tribe from every corner of the world and share music, culture and nourishment. The second space is The Sanctuary, which offers wellness sessions, workshops and deeper listening between the louder hours. How Much Do Skydance Festival 2026 Tickets Cost?
The Camping Pass costs $449 plus a $20.85 booking fee in the final release phase. Tickets are sold through Humanitaryzm, and all prices below are in Australian dollars. The camping pass includes access from 1 to 6 October, a free parking spot at the base of the mountain and the shuttle ride up. It does not include vehicle access to the mountaintop.

The Pilot Pass is for pilots only. Buyers must provide a current SAFA number, which the organizers verify by email and again against ID at the gate. Each SAFA number can buy up to three tickets, and the passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Prices and availability can change, so confirm them on the ticket page before you book.
Glamping tents are sold separately and come in 4, 5 and 6 meter sizes that sleep two, three or four people. According to the official glamping page, each tent includes a self-inflating foam mattress, a mattress topper, an all-seasons duvet, pillows, linen, a rechargeable lantern, fairy lights and a floor rug.
How Do Vehicle Passes Work at Skydance?
Most visitors are encouraged to park at the base carpark and take the free shuttle up the mountain with their gear. The road up is a 15-minute drive on a winding, steep and slippery dirt track, and space on top is limited. The organizers say that towing over 100 vehicles last year is no longer viable, so bringing a vehicle onto the mountain has become a privilege.
The No Tow pass is for confident drivers or returning Skydancers with suitable vehicles, such as 4WD or AWD cars, small rear-wheel-drive vans and high-powered sedans with good tires. The Tow Required pass covers trailers, caravans, motorhomes, large vans over 4 meters, front-wheel-drive vans, overloaded vehicles and drivers who are not confident on the road. If you buy the wrong pass and need a tow, the driver pays the $70 price difference plus a $50 service fee. Carpooling is strongly encouraged.
What Should You Bring to Skydance Festival?
Bring clothing and sleeping gear for both very cold nights and hot, sunny days. The organizers provide hot showers and toilets on the mountaintop, but the site runs on water tanks, so keep showers short. Free drinking water is available for the whole event, and ice is sold on site. Market stalls sell a range of food, but the organizers recommend bringing supplies and sharing with neighbors. You need to bring your own cup, spoon and bowl, because some stalls do not provide reusable cutlery.
The site has 24-hour first aid and a security team. The house rules are simple: no fires, no single-use plastic and leave no trace. Sun protection, sturdy shoes and a warm sleeping bag are the basics for a site that swings from red dust by day to near freezing at night.
