How the Screen and Sound Work
Inside, a single wraparound LED screen covers the walls and ceiling of the auditorium. Shows are usually designed in advance for that canvas, so the visuals can turn the room into a desert, a city or a night sky.
The sound system uses spatial audio with beamforming, which aims different parts of the mix at different sections of the crowd. Some seats include haptic feedback, and certain productions add 4D effects such as wind and scent.
