What got you into deco art?

I’ve always been drawn to the mesmerizing dance between light and color at the heart of Deco art. It’s like leading a symphony of colors. Each stroke of pigment has its melody. My journey into deco art was a natural progression, influenced by my diverse background in UV, 3D/Digital, and Outsider Art. These artistic realms gave me a rich tapestry of techniques and perspectives to draw.

Deco art offers a mix of tradition and innovation. It lets me remix old methods with new tech to make something unique. You can use traditional paints or try digital mediums. Deco art offers endless options for exploration and expression. It’s a playground of creativity where I can push the boundaries of my imagination and bring my wildest visions to life.

How would you describe your art style?

My art style is best described as a fusion of vibrant colors, surreal imagery, and immersive experiences. I love pushing boundaries and exploring new mediums. This could be through UV installations, digital art, or painting. Each piece reflects my love of mixing pigments and old methods. I use them to create new and captivating things.

What do you often include in your deco artwork?

My deco artwork often embraces a vibrant palette of colors that evoke emotions and spark curiosity. I aim to make visuals. They will take viewers to imaginary worlds. These are places where reality mixes with fantasy. Each piece is carefully crafted to balance harmony and contrast. This balance draws the eye to the intricate details while keeping the composition unified.

Furthermore, I love to play with light and shadow. I use techniques like chiaroscuro to add depth and 3D. This adds an extra layer of dynamism to my artwork, inviting viewers to explore how light interacts with the surfaces and shapes in the piece.

How do you make a new piece of art from start to finish?

Creating a new piece of art is a deeply personal and intuitive process for me. It often starts with a spark of inspiration, whether a fleeting moment of beauty or a thought-provoking idea. From there, I let my imagination run wild. I experimented with different ways and materials until the piece began to take shape. I thrive on the journey of exploration and discovery, allowing the artwork to evolve organically until it feels complete.
